Modern city villa in Hietzing

Project

The couple of doctors took over this property and wanted to fundamentally change the style of the house. The villa should be modern and comfortable and become a place where family and friends feel equally comfortable.

Design

In the first step, we planned and accompanied numerous structural measures, such as the conversion of the stairs and the open fireplace, the repainting of the windows, the installation of new bathrooms, the replacement of all floors and a completely new lighting and color concept. The clear lines are underlined by unusual wallpapers and the finest furniture from international manufacturers and allow the living space to merge wonderfully with the spacious garden.
